Humble Beginnings

I created this weblog to document my studies and findings on herbs, supplements, vitamins, naturopathic, homeopathic, and other alternative therapies that I am studying and interested in. This is also an exploration of self awareness and a discovery of communication with the body. With permission I hope to document case studies and get feedback from the users of my suggested remedies in hopes of us all learning something that may help us on our paths in life.
